What the Job Feels Like

A CDL A driver in this position works within a setup that balances consistency with flexibility. Routes are arranged to provide a repeatable weekly rhythm while still allowing drivers to choose how long they stay out.

Time on the road is paired with planned home time, giving drivers the ability to manage both work and personal schedules.

Income is supported by active freight demand and consistent mileage. Additional pay may apply for layovers, extra stops, and safety-related incentives.
