Weekly Pay
$1,325 to $1,525 per week

Schedule
Two days off every other week

Freight
100% no-touch refrigerated freight

Refrigerated freight within this operation moves through a structured regional network supported by organized dispatch planning. Drivers primarily handle temperature-controlled loads that move through established customer facilities with a combination of scheduled appointments and drop-and-hook freight.

Freight Network

Loads move through regional freight lanes operating primarily east of I-35. The majority of shipments consist of refrigerated products transported between distribution facilities and customer locations that rely on consistent scheduling and reliable delivery times.

Dispatch teams coordinate routes to maintain efficient freight flow while reducing unnecessary downtime between assignments. This structure allows professional CDL-A drivers to maintain steady weekly income while operating within an organized freight network.

Equipment

Drivers operate Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with auxiliary power units, refrigerators, power inverters, and Bluetooth capability. Units are equipped with outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are used to improve fuel efficiency and trailer stability during operation.

When appropriate parking is available, assigned tractors may be parked at the driver's residence between runs.

Onboarding

Paid orientation is provided by the company before drivers enter scheduled freight rotations. After onboarding, drivers are placed into established regional freight lanes supported by dispatch teams who coordinate load scheduling.

Benefits

Health coverage options including medical, vision, and prescription plans become available after 90 days of employment. Life insurance options are available. Holiday pay begins after 90 days of service, and paid time off begins accruing after one year. A 401(k) retirement savings plan becomes available following one year of employment. Rider and pet program options are also available.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a current Class A CDL and demonstrate the ability to safely operate refrigerated equipment while maintaining compliance with applicable safety and operational standards.
