Drivers receive two full days of home time every other week. This schedule allows experienced CDL-A drivers to maintain strong weekly miles while still having dependable time off the road to reset and spend time with family.
The operation is built around keeping drivers moving efficiently between loads so time on the road remains productive while still providing predictable time away from work.
Freight
Freight consists primarily of dry van loads running across the lower 48 states. Drivers do not handle freight as all shipments are no-touch.
Most loads move through drop-and-hook operations, which reduces time spent waiting at shipping facilities and allows drivers to maintain more consistent weekly mileage. Dispatch teams coordinate load planning to keep trucks moving efficiently between pickups and deliveries.
Freight planning focuses on maintaining steady movement rather than unpredictable spot freight, helping drivers maintain dependable work cycles throughout the week.
Compensation
Weekly Pay - $1,400 to $1,550
A minimum pay protection program provides additional stability during weeks when weather delays or freight disruptions temporarily reduce available miles.
Drivers also receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with $1,000 orientation pay during onboarding.
