This operation is built around dedicated lane consistency. Class A CDL drivers run structured regional routes with weekend home time lasting 34 to 48 hours. Scheduling supports predictable work cycles, allowing CDL-A truck drivers to maintain steady miles while planning time off.

Compensation

Weekly Pay: $1,350 to $1,600, based on miles, stops, and dispatch. Drivers receive additional stop pay after the first delivery, along with extra compensation for shorter mileage runs.

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model International LT tractors equipped with 71-inch sleepers. Trucks include automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters to support driver comfort during regional runs. Equipment is maintained on a consistent service schedule.
