THIS POSITION IS BASED IN CEDAR RAPIDS, IA. AND PROVIDES SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS IN THAT REGION.

Our family owned company has been in business for nearly a century, providing premium dairy products to Iowa families. AE Dairy is looking for route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team. We are looking for drivers that want a long term career- not just a job!

NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL- SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED @ HOME EVERY DAY/ NIGHT.
PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS IN THE DES MOINES METROPOLITAN AREA AND CENTRAL IOWA.
HOURLY RATE- WAGE GUARANTEES.
Business-to-Business Transactions ONLY.
Company provided uniforms.
Company provided safety shoes.
Well maintained, late model trucks.

The AE Dairy Driver:

Must have a valid and current CDL Class A .
Must demonstrate safe driving practices.
Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations, company policies and procedures.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product.
Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads.
Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles.
Must demonstrate customer-focused PROFESSIONALISM in all interactions with customers and the general public.
Must show enthusiasm for and a strong commitment to the AE Brand.

Compensation and Benefit plans:

FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
Blue Cross/ Blue Shield- Medical Insurance (2026 monthly rates: Single $65 Family $108.34).
Delta- Dental (No Cost with Medical Coverage).
Basic Life Insurance and AD&D (Company Provided). Additional coverage available for purchase.
Paid holidays following successful completion of a ninety (90) day probationary period.
401K participation following successful completion of probationary period.
Qualified candidates must be able to speak, read and write English.
All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen, physical capacity test and background check.
