Truck Driver - CDL Class B
Are you someone who enjoys being on the road but also likes working with your hands? We are looking for a dependable Truck Driver team member who wants a role with variety. In this position, you'll safely transport parts and materials while also supporting our skilled mold makers and machinists when you're back at the shop.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, teamwork, and learning new hands-on skills in a manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials within a 500-mile radius as needed. This role plays an important part in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring materials arrive on time and customers receive professional service.
When not on deliveries, you will work alongside our mold shop team, assisting mold makers, machinists, and facility maintenance with a variety of projects. This position offers the chance to learn valuable shop skills while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks to deliver and pick up parts, materials, and equipment within a 500-mile radius
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain accurate logbooks, and comply with all DOT regulations
- Load and unload materials safely, including items weighing up to 70 pounds
- Ensure deliveries and pickups are completed on time with excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and assigned work areas
- Assist with general facility and maintenance tasks when needed
- Support shop operations and assist mold makers or machinists with projects
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and a clean driving record
- Ability to complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 70 pounds, with or without assistance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in learning hands-on shop skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
