Competitive Pay
Average $1,475 per week / $76,700 per year
Starting pay: $0.60 cpm
Average miles: 1,800 miles
Stop pay: $25 per stop (average 8 stops per week, with each stop averaging 30 minutes)
Additional pay: Detention & breakdown pay available

Frequent & Predictable Routes
Deliver within a 300-mile radius from Greensboro, NC
Primarily deliver building materials such as dry wall, lumber, etc. to retail and non-retail locations
Some deliveries will be palletized
Work Efficiency
Pre-loaded trailers: Start your day with trailers ready to go
No touch freight: only live unloads
Strapping required for each load (straps provided)
Tarping in inclement weather only (additional $10 per stop if required)
Equipment & Safety
Sleeper tractors for overnight stays
Hard hats and vests provided (must always be worn when out of the truck on property)
Steel toe shoes required (driver must purchase)

Job Requirements
Must live within a 100-mile radius
Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, including at least 1 month of flatbed and/or curtain-side trailer experience
Drivers must have a Class A CDL
Must be 21 years of age
No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years
No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
Essential functions:
Load freight -lift requirement: 80 lbs
Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
Lift and move side kits -lift requirements: 46 lbs
Lift tarp - lift requirement: 110 lbs
Apply and remove tarp(s) on load
Secure load with chains and hardware -lift requirements: 80 lbs
Climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load
Count freight
Complete fuel tickets
Complete delivery receipt
Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs
Perform pre-trip inspections
Drive
Extensive travel - ability to sit upright for extended periods of time
