Stop pay: $25 per stop (number of stops varies based on assignment)

Work Schedule:
Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on
Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
Shifts and hours vary depending on assignment. Some assignments may be hourly, home-daily work, while others may be OTR positions that pay by miles and stops
Driver will be assigned to various dedicated accounts in Northeast TN
Driver may also be assigned to yard switcher assignments
There may be times when driver is assigned to the local service center
Job Requirements:
Class A CDL required
Must apply for Hazmat endorsement within 30 days of hire and must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
Must be willing to perform yard switching duties in a yard tractor
Must complete forklift training
Adaptability: Must be comfortable working with different types of freight and customers
Flexibility: Occasionally assist with other Averitt operations to keep you on the road and working

Must live within a 75-mile radius
Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers must have Class A CDL
