Competitive Pay:
- Selected routes average between $1,193 - $1,693 per week / $62,000 - $88,000 per year
- Starting Pay: 60.5 cpm
- Mileage: Average 2,000 miles per week
- Stop Pay: $20.50 per stop (average 5-8 stops per week, depending on the route)
- Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay available
Freight & Equipment:
- No Touch Freight: Focus on driving while they handle the loading and unloading
- Freight Type: A mix of reefer and dry van loads including food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to locations in AL, GA, and Ridgeland, MS
- Reefer Experience Not Required: Training is provided for those new to reefers

Job Requirements
- Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
- Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Drivers must have Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
Essential functions:
- Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
- Count freight
- Complete fuel tickets
- Obtain sales leads
- Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Drive
- Regular predictable attendance
- Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
- Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
