Job Requirements
Essential functions:

Unlike other driving positions, you'll have a clear idea of your weekly mileage and earnings, making it easier to plan your schedule and income. With a deep understanding of your customers and their typical freight loads, you'll never be caught off guard by unusual shipments or delays.
Competitive Pay:
- Average $1,305 per week ($67,800 per year)
- Start at $0.58 cpm
- Average 1,750 miles per week
Stop Pay & Loading/Unloading Pay:
- Earn $26 per stop with an average of 5-20 stops per week
- $17.25 per hour for forklift loading and unloading of containers between flatbed trailers and portable storage units (occasionally)
Home Daily:
- Local routes with the convenience of being home every day
- Drivers work five days a week, with Sunday as a guaranteed day off. Days off may vary, and some drivers may be scheduled to work on Saturdays
- Our drivers do not have a set schedule, as routes and delivery times can change daily
- Specific delivery times (ETAs) will be assigned each day based on customer needs, and these may vary from day to day
- Daily dispatch communication via phone, text, or tablet for clear consistent updates
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver to 18 portable storage unit locations and warehouses
- Unloading and reloading will be handled by the location unless the driver is asked to assist
- Return to the Hub and deliver containers or stop en route to deliver or pick up additional containers
- Make multiple Hub stops as required by customer routes
- Operate a forklift for loading/unloading (training provided on-site by the Site Manager or Operations Manager)
- Assist the yard switchers during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Properly secure containers by strapping and unstrapping, ensuring safety compliance at all times (required)
- May be required to operate a 10k forklift

Job Requirements
- Must live within a 75-mile radius
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Must have a Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
Essential functions:
- Lift and move side kits -lift requirements: 46 lbs
- Secure load with chains and hardware - lift requirements: 80 lbs
- Climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load
- Count freight
- Complete fuel tickets
- Complete delivery receipt
- Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Drive
- Extensive travel - ability to sit upright for extended periods of time
- Regular predictable attendance
