Are you a Class A CDL driver looking for a local opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule? Join our beverage delivery team and put your CDL to work without spending nights on the road.

As a Local Beverage Delivery Driver, you'll deliver and merchandise beverage products to customers throughout your assigned local routes. You'll be an important part of our team and the face of our company at each customer location.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local beverage delivery routes
  • Deliver beverage products to assigned customer safely, accurately, and on time
  • Unload and merchandise beverages at customer locations
  • Handle kegs, pallets, and other beverage products
  • Maintain product freshness and rotate or move products as needed
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers
  • Follow established delivery processes to maximize sales and minimize returns
  • Complete a daily pre-trip inspection of your assigned vehicle
  • Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all DOT regulations
  • Complete deliveries efficient while remaining within applicable DOT hours-of-service requirements
  • Participate in ride-alongs, coaching, and field training
  • Follow all company safety policies and complete required safety training
Beverage or Route Delivery Experience Preferred

Experience with beverage distribution, beer or soft drink delivery, route sales, merchandising, commercial driving, or customer service is a plus.

What You Need
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 infractions
  • Ability to meet DOT requirements
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirement of beverage delivery

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active beverage delivery position. The job requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, and reaching.

You must be able to:
  • Repetitively life beverage products ranging from approximately 15 to 40lbs.
  • Maneuver kegs weighing approximately 165lbs
  • Use pallet jacks, dollies, and carts
  • Walk, drive, lift, push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the workday
  • Work in and around customer locations that may include stairs, curbs, gravel, and tight spaces
Work Environment

You'll work primarily on local delivery routes, operating an enclosed delivery truck/tractor-trailer and traveling between customer locations.

The position may involve exposure to:
  • Hot and cold temperatures
  • Rain, snow, and other weather conditions
  • Road dust and noise
  • Uneven surfaces, stairs and curbs
  • Small or confined areas at customer locations
Safety First

This is a safety-sensitive position. You are expected to maintain a high level of alertness and follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements.

Required safety responsibilities include attending safety meetings, participating in training exercises and drills, completing safety assessments, and maintaining required equipment certifications.
