We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Regional Driver to pick up and deliver for-hire freight, to our valued customers throughout the Upper Midwest.
This role is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who take pride in their work, value flexibility, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. A minimum of 2 years of behind-the-wheel CDL driving experience is required.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Regional Driver to pick up and deliver for-hire freight, to our valued customers throughout the Upper Midwest.
This role is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who take pride in their work, value flexibility, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. A minimum of 2 years of behind-the-wheel CDL driving experience is required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Operating company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Delivering and/or picking up Bayer Built products and for-hire freight from customer and vendor locations
- Accurately unloading and verifying deliveries with customers
- Maintaining proper load security at each stop
- Completing all delivery-related paperwork accurately and on time
- Using electronic logging systems (E-Logs) to maintain compliance
- Representing Bayer Built with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT:
- At least 2 years of CDL driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Strong navigation, time management, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying days and schedules based on business needs
