Beaver Lake Concrete is looking for a safety-focused, dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in operating equipment safely, and want to work for a company that values hard work and teamwork, we want to hear from you. We are located in Jane, MO but residency is acceptable along the transportation route.
As a Raw Material Driver, you will transport cement and other raw materials to designated locations while ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery. This position plays a critical role in supporting our ready-mix and construction operations.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport cement and raw materials.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper weight distribution and load securement.
- Maintain accurate DOT and company records.
- Keep equipment clean and in safe operating condition.
- Provide outstanding customer service at delivery locations.
- Assist with yard and plant operations as needed.
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Frequent climbing, walking, and entering/exiting truck cabs.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and other outdoor conditions.
- Must maintain a current DOT Medical Card.
