JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods to and from designated locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance
• Load and unload cargo required
• Operate an electric or manual pallet jack, or a hand cart to move or load/unload full pallets
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining professionalism

• Valid CDL (Class A)
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience with route driving or local deliveries
