Paid by the mile + Incentive to utilize specialized equipment

- Home Daily
- Monday - Friday
  - Day Cab with custom End-Dump Trailer
    - 1 load per day
    - 600 mile day
- 13 Hour Work Day
- Early Morning Start Times
