Paid by the mile
- additional flat pay for:
  - Short haul incentive
  - Intermediate Stops
Opportunities for Bonus' (Safety, Referral, and Inspection)
Schedule:
- Home Daily with early morning start times
- Monday - Friday (some occasional Saturday's may be needed)
  - Target Miles: 1,700+ per week
Must live near Mogadore, OH - dedicated runs all start out of the terminal
