Conditions of Employment

The successful candidate will be offered a generous benefit package through the State of Washington Health Care Authority, School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB), which includes Health Care Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, $35,000 Life Insurance, $5000 Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, $100-$400/month HCA Long Term Disability Insurance based on your monthly income, and enrollment in a Washington State Retirement Plan. Additionally, a $135/month contribution to the individual's health savings account (HSA) is provided by the District. All employees are also eligible for services from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
This position is eligible for the following paid time off during a full year contract: 12 days of Paid Sick Leave, up to 12 Paid Holidays, 3 Personal Days, up to 2 days of Emergency Leave and other paid leave such as Bereavement, Jury Duty, Military, etc. as necessary. *Leave may be prorated for positions that are less than 1.0 FTE
Vacation Leave is not provided with this position; however, a Vacation Stipend is paid by the District in an amount equivalent to 10-20 days of salary (DOE).
This position is also eligible for compensation for certain Union or State issued licenses or certifications.
