Looking for a high-paying driving position with built-in travel? Join our Travel Fleet and we'll arrange and pay for your flights to and from Indianapolis. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who don't mind staying out for several weeks while earning top pay and excellent bonuses.
Pay & Bonuses
- Earn 90 CPM
- $20 stop pay
- $35 per load
- Average $1,703 per week
- Average $90,000 annually
- 5 CPM pay increase after one year of service
- $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
- $500 Paid Orientation
- Stay out 4 to 6 weeks, then enjoy 5 days at home
- Company pays for and books your flights to and from Indianapolis
- Average 8-hour workdays
- One weekend day off each week plus one floating weekday during non-peak season
- Start times vary between 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM
- Operate within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, IN
- Occasional runs into Illinois and Ohio
- Refrigerated freight
- Average of 10 stops per week (1-2 stops per day)
- Pallet jack unloads
- Full medical benefits, paid holidays, and PTO
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum experience required based on company hiring guidelines
- SAP drivers are welcome (must meet all return-to-duty requirements)
