Primary Functions and Responsibilities
The Fuel Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for the following functions:

Primary Functions and Responsibilities
The Fuel Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for the following functions:
- Delivers fuel to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
- Complies with all EPA regulations surrounding the safe and responsible handling of hazardous chemicals.
- Exercises strong attention to detail to prevent incorrect deliveries and reduce the risk of accidents and spills.
- Conducts regular pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the optimal operation of the assigned truck.
- Performs on-call duties on a rotating basis to meet urgent customer needs.
- Responds to any motor vehicle accidents and/or hazardous chemical spills in a professional manner, managing mitigation in accordance with company, state, federal, and DOT/FMCSA practices.
- Complies with all company, state, federal, and DOT/FMCSA operating rules.
- Represents the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
- Performs other similar duties as required.
Required:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience in route driving
- Can operate different types of vehicles, including tankers
- Valid, current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary, especially during peak demand seasons.
- Willingness to deploy across the country in response to natural disasters as a FEMA contractor.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Prior experience working for a fuel company.
- Prior experience transporting gas and/or liquid.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
