Burns Logistics is hiring CDL-A Local Drivers in the Columbus, MS area.

Originally based out of Columbus, Mississippi, our logistics fleet has grown rapidly in response to customer demand and the need for reliable, professional hauling across North Mississippi.
We operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailer dump trucks, roll-off dumpsters, fuel and lube trucks, tandem and tri-axle dump trucks, and lowboy equipment trailers. Building on our roots in the dirt and construction side of the business, we have expanded to offer hauling services while always being committed to taking care of our drivers, a standard that is rare in this industry. Position Details
- Local hauling
- Day-shift schedule
- Hauling materials to local job sites and partners
- Preference given to drivers with experience hauling dirt and aggregate materials
- No overnight routes
- Small, tight-knit logistics team that knows you by name
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least two years of CDL-A driving experience- no exceptions
- Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen, background check, MVR screening, and DOT Clearinghouse query
