Full Time CDL Driver

Business in Seymour is looking to add a safe CDL driver for transportation of goods with specialized walking floor / belt trailers and 53’ dry vans.  Looking for a dependable, loyal and hardworking employee to add and grow the team. The position involves deliveries of dry goods and deliveries/pick up of wood materials mostly within Wisconsin.  Our drivers are home every night, we operate Monday – Friday with seasonal Saturdays (April-June). This is a full time, direct hire, benefits eligible position (medical, SIMPLE, vacation, uniforms and more).

Job requirements:

·        Class A CDL with insurance approved driving record

·        DOT Medical Card

·        Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT standards for hours of service and equipment inspection

·        Inspect and secure load to ensure safe transport

·        Pass Drug Screen

·        Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladder without fear of heights, rake and tarp trailers

·        Maneuver truck into loading or unloading positions

·        Safe driving while ensuring on time deliveries

·        Ability to work with fellow employees to accomplish established goals with a positive attitude
