Truck: New Freightliner Automatic Truck – brand new trucks, invertors, Refrigerators, New Mattresses. Reefer – no endorsements are needed. Containers also.

Orientation

2-3 Days based on the orientation group. Some orientations are shorter than others.  

Depending on where the driver is from we can fly, rent a car, or the driver can provide his or her own transportation to orientation.

We only resort to a bus ticket as a last resort to get to orientation. We way the options and expenses for each individual driver. 

66% non-touch freight; 34% touch freight.

Pay: $0.50 cpm

Home/Out: 7 to 10 days out. For a week out there is a 34 hour reset. Every 2 weeks out there is 48 hours home. (2500+ miles a week) – *The driver controls their own start date*

Local: Local is mainly focused in Colorado – there is some night work for this as well. Pay starts out at $23/hr and goes up to $28/hr

Pet Policy: $500 deposit - $250 is non refundable

Person Policy: $35/month – one person per month.
