Weekly Pay: $1,300-$1,550
Home Time: Every other weekend with a full 48-hour reset
Freight: Mostly no-touch OTR dry van freight

Drivers on this CDL-A truck driver position run steady interstate freight with consistent miles and organized dispatch planning that helps reduce downtime between loads. This fleet is built for drivers who want reliable weekly income, predictable scheduling, and modern equipment without constantly changing routes every week.
Loads are planned ahead whenever possible so drivers know where they are heading before completing the current run. Average haul lengths typically range from 700-750 miles, helping keep miles steady throughout the week while minimizing short runs that interrupt earning potential.
Freight Details
Freight moves across established multi-state lanes with a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight. Most loads are no-touch, allowing drivers to focus on driving and keeping wheels moving instead of spending extra time at docks. Consistent customer freight helps maintain stable weekly mileage.

Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, inverter setups, and refrigerator space designed to make multi-day trips more comfortable while on the road. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance network to reduce breakdown delays and keep drivers running consistently.
Schedule & Benefits
This position operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Drivers may be allowed to take trucks home during resets when approved or park at a company location if preferred.
Drivers averaging miles on this account typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 weekly depending on experience and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to run interstate routes
