Regional Freight
Drivers operate throughout established regional lanes with freight planned in advance to support consistent weekly movement. Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live unload freight depending on the customer. The operation is built around keeping drivers moving efficiently while minimizing unnecessary downtime between assignments.
Freight Planning
Organized dispatch planning helps create a smoother operating schedule throughout the week. Loads are scheduled to maintain steady mileage opportunities while reducing last-minute changes that can interrupt workflow. Drivers benefit from a more predictable routine and consistent freight availability.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers average $1,350-$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Home Time
Drivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The scheduling structure supports dependable home time while maintaining consistent regional mileage throughout the month.
Additional Information
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
