Route & Freight Flow
This position runs regional lanes through the Midwest and Eastern states. Freight is 100% no-touch, with a strong percentage of drop-and-hook loads to keep your wheels turning. Most drivers average between 2,400 and 3,000 miles weekly with minimal downtime.

Earnings & Pay Setup
Weekly income typically falls between $1,250-$1,450 based on miles and route consistency. After 30 days, a $1,000 weekly guarantee provides a safety net during slower periods. Benefits including medical, dental, and vision begin after the first month.

Home Time & Flexibility
Drivers receive six days home each month, with the ability to request weekly home time when planned in advance. Trucks can be taken home with approved parking, allowing a smoother transition between home time and your next run.

Equipment & Comfort
Assigned trucks are 2020 or newer Kenworth T680s with automatic transmission. Each unit includes an APU, inverter, and double bunk sleeper. Equipment is kept on a regular maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and keep you rolling.
