CDL A Truck Driver Hiring Area: Indianapolis, IN 46202
Weekly Pay: $1,350-$1,750 | Home Time: Weekly reset No-touch refrigerated and dry van freight running regional lanes
This run is built for drivers who want a schedule that stays consistent from week to week. Freight moves through repeat regional lanes, dispatch keeps the plan organized, and home time is scheduled so drivers are not guessing when they will get back. The goal on this account is steady miles and predictable weeks, not constant changes.
Most loads move on refrigerated and dry van trailers with no-touch freight the majority of the time. Drop-and-hook is used often, with some live loads depending on the shipper, but trips are usually planned ahead so drivers know what the week will look like before they roll out. Equipment
Drivers on this fleet run newer sleeper tractors that are kept on a regular maintenance schedule. Trucks are assigned to the account and set up for regional work, with automatic transmissions and modern safety systems. Trailers are a mix of well-maintained dry vans and reefers, and the goal is to keep equipment reliable so drivers can stay moving without unnecessary downtime. Pay & Benefits
Drivers in this position typically earn between $1,350 and $1,750 per week depending on miles and experience. Because the freight stays steady, pay tends to stay consistent from one week to the next. Detention pay is available when it applies, and pay is sent by direct deposit every week.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with life insurance and retirement options. A rider policy is available after the eligibility period for drivers who want to bring a passenger. Experience Requirements

3 months in the last 6 months
