CDL-A Truck Driver
Knoxville, TN 37902
Weekly Pay - $1,350 to $1,500
Home Time - Every other weekend
Freight - No-touch interstate
A Class A CDL driver based in Knoxville runs inside one of the busiest freight corridors in the region. With multiple interstate routes running through this area, freight stays steady and drivers stay moving. This position follows a repeating schedule designed to keep miles consistent while still giving drivers planned home time every other weekend.
This is not a random dispatch system. Loads are scheduled ahead of time, routes stay within established lanes, and the CDL-A truck driver knows the general flow of the run before the cycle even starts.
Driver Snapshot
Miles are built around long interstate hauls averaging 700-750 miles per trip. Because freight is planned in advance, Class A CDL drivers avoid long waits between loads and keep their weekly totals steady. Pay is issued every week and reflects actual miles run, not estimates.
After eligibility, drivers gain access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement plan options, and performance recognition programs. Rider and pet policies are available for approved drivers.
Equipment & Operation
Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors with automatic transmission, inverter, APU, and refrigerator. Maintenance runs on a scheduled system so trucks are ready when the driver's cycle begins. Drivers may take the truck home during reset if parking is available, or leave it at the terminal if preferred.
Dispatch and driver support work directly with the driver throughout the run so problems are handled quickly and schedules stay on track. Orientation travel, hotel, and meals are covered.

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Acceptable safety and driving history
Able to run multi-state routes and remain DOT compliant
