Here's what the position actually looks like.

The Cycle

Twelve days on the road, 48 hours at home - every other weekend, guaranteed. No-touch interstate freight with average hauls of 700-750 miles keeps your days structured and your time at stops predictable. This isn't a schedule that changes based on freight conditions. It's built in from day one.

The Pay

$1,350-$1,500 weekly based on experience and available freight. Consistent interstate mileage supports that number every week. After 6 months, full benefits activate - medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Rider and pet programs available for eligible drivers once qualified.

The Equipment

2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Preventive maintenance runs on a fixed schedule because reactive maintenance costs drivers miles and costs everyone money. Your truck is ready when you are.

Home Time Flexibility

Drivers with appropriate parking can take their assigned truck home during scheduled resets. Terminal parking is available for those who prefer to leave equipment at the yard. The 48 hours belong to you regardless of which option works better.

The Support Structure

A dedicated dispatch and driver relations team handles routing communication, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution without passing you around. Orientation covers all travel, lodging, and meals - nothing comes out of your pocket to get started.

What You Need

Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving and safety record. Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Multi-state operating comfort and full DOT compliance required.
