CDL-A Driver - OTR Fleet
Hiring Area: Montgomery, AL
Average $1,300-$1,450 per week | Home every other weekend
Dry van freight • No-touch loads • Consistent interstate miles
This over-the-road position offers steady work for drivers who want reliable miles without constantly changing routes. Freight moves on established interstate lanes, allowing dispatch to plan trips in advance so drivers spend more time driving and less time waiting. With only three months of experience required, this run is a strong option for a Class A CDL driver looking for consistent income and predictable home time.
Pay & Weekly Earnings
Drivers in this fleet average $1,300-$1,450 per week based on miles, experience, and performance. Consistent freight helps keep weekly pay stable, and detention compensation is provided when qualifying delays occur. After six months, full benefits become available including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation time, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.
Schedule & Home Time
Drivers operate on a 12-day cycle followed by a guaranteed 48 hours at home every other weekend. This schedule is designed to balance strong over-the-road earnings with dependable time off. Loads are assigned in advance whenever possible so drivers can plan their trips without last-minute changes.
