CDL A Truck Driver - OTR Dry Van
Hiring Area: St. Louis, MO
Steady no-touch freight moving across consistent interstate lanes with predictable home time every other weekend.
Weekly earnings typically range between $1,300 and $1,450 depending on miles and experience.
Driver Extras
• Paid orientation with travel, lodging, and meals covered
• Rider and pet policy available for qualified drivers
• Assigned late-model automatic equipment
• Support staff available throughout each trip
Freight in this operation runs through established multi-state lanes where demand stays consistent throughout the year. Drivers are not constantly shifting between new routes, which helps create a more predictable workflow and reduces downtime between loads.
The schedule follows a 12-day run with a guaranteed 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Trips are typically planned ahead of time so drivers know their next move before completing the current run, helping keep the week organized and consistent.
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmission. Most trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space to support comfort during longer runs. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported network designed to reduce service delays and keep trucks moving.
Freight consists of dry van loads across multi-state routes, with most shipments being no-touch. A mix of drop-and-hook and live loads helps maintain steady movement while haul lengths support consistent weekly mileage.
Weekly earnings generally fall between $1,300 and $1,450 depending on miles and experience. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
