This isn't a position that requires you to chase miles. The miles are there. What we need is a driver who runs a clean, professional operation and wants a company that backs that up with modern equipment and a dispatch team worth calling.

What the Schedule Looks Like

12-day work cycles with 48-hour home time every other weekend - guaranteed, not situational. Average hauls run 700-750 miles across no-touch interstate freight designed to limit loading delays and keep your hours productive from Monday through your reset.

What You'll Earn

$1,350-$1,500 weekly based on experience and freight demand, paid every week. After 6 months, benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Rider and pet programs available for eligible drivers once qualified.

What You'll Drive

2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Preventive maintenance runs on a fixed schedule - not when something breaks - keeping your truck on the road and your earnings consistent.

Truck Options During Home Time

Take your assigned truck home if your parking situation works for it. If not, a designated terminal drop is available. Either way, the reset is yours.

What Qualifies You

Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving and safety record. Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and commitment to DOT safety procedures. Multi-state route experience preferred.
