Driver Trainer (CDL-B required)
What you can expect:
- Starting rate: $31.00 per hour (more based on experience)
- Annual increase potential

What you will do:
- Build onboarding plans, train and coach new drivers on daily tasks.
- Develop and build training plans for new drivers in the Ready-Mix Line of Business throughout NH, VT, and ME.
- Deliver quality materials to job sites in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts when needed.
- Document the progress of each trainee for the duration of their onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the training program.
