Don't have a CDL? We are willing to assist the right person with getting their Class A CDL! If a top candidate you may be asked to get your Learner's Permit before a final offer. As an employee with your CLP, our drivers will work with you on getting hands on training and practice. It is our goal to help you obtain your CDL.

Sign on bonus of $1,500! $200 at 3 months, $300 at 6 months, $500 at 12 months; and $500 at 18 months

Eligible for quarterly bonuses (if no CDL at hire, the bonus clock starts with CDL date)

Day Routes: Start and end your day in Norfolk, working 40-50 hours per week. Will regularly work Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, but may work an occasional Wednesday to cover for an absence. Route drivers start the morning at approximately 3:30am - 4am picking up the packed trailer and following the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
