The Role
From production warehouses to distribution points, our CDL Drivers keep product moving safely and efficiently across Green Bay-helping us deliver on our promise to make everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. All local routes, home every night.
Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule
- Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
What You'll Do
- Driving CNG trucks and trailers between Green Bay locations.
- Local shuttling product to/from production warehouses
- Ensure equipment is safe and properly working conditions
- Complete a pre and post trip inspection in Geotab, for every truck and trailer driven daily
- Communicate repairs needed to equipment to the Fleet Manager, so equipment is compliant with all company purchasing, safety and food safety requirements, and applicable laws
- Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintains current knowledge of, and complies with, CDL/DOT and Company/Plant requirements and standards
- Completing monthly CNG cornerstone trainings
What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
- Excellent driving record, and at least 2 to 3 years' experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- At least 21 years of age
- Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card (manual transmission endorsement/experience required)
- Pass all DOT requirements to drive
- Pass CNG road test
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Starting Salary:
