Conditions of Employment

• Do you certify that you have a CDL-Class B endorsement or a Washington State School Bus Driver Endorsement on your basic driver's license as required by Washington State Law - OR - are willing to obtain a temporary learner's permit for use while in training to earn a CDL-Class B endorsement and/or Washington State School Bus Driver endorsement? A fee is charged by the Department of Licenses for the permit for CDL. The learner's fee will apply to the final endorsement fee. You cannot drive a school bus alone on a learner's endorsement.
• Do you agree to furnish to the school district a physician's statement that you are medically qualified to transport school children? (The school district reserves the right to require a physician of its choice).
