Pay & Bonuses:

Average weekly pay of $720 - $864 with opportunity to earn more with additional routes!
Up to $5,000 annual opportunity in monthly and quarterly performance bonuses!

Schedule:

Drivers home daily
Local and regional routes
4 or 5 -day work week, additional routes/days available if interested!
Early morning start times (typically 1:00 am - 4:00 am)
9 - 12 hour days

What You'll Do:

Move trailers between warehouses, distribution centers, customer locations, and drop yards.
Drop off one trailer and hook up to another, often without waiting for loading or unloading.
Inspect the truck and trailer before and after trips.
Connect air lines and electrical cords, check the fifth-wheel connection, and raise or lower landing gear.
Back trailers into dock doors and designated parking spots.
Check trailer numbers, seals, and shipping paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and yard personnel.
Report damage, equipment problems, and delays.
Follow traffic rules, yard safety procedures, and applicable driving-hour requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Class A CDL License with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
1 to 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferred.
Strong work ethic
Safety-first mindset
