Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Local Egg Delivery Driver to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $23.30 with the potential of increasing to $23.80 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided. Job functions include:

- Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
- Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
- Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
- Complying with e-log regulations
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
- Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
