Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers (FT) - $4,000-$4,800/Week Per Team (Split)

No mandatory vaccines are required.

We are looking for highly motivated and professional team drivers (established pairs preferred) for company-owned truck positions at the Venice, FL Terminal (D-Trans LLC).

Summary:

Compensation:

Rate is $1.00 per mile (1 DPM) split between the team for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty).
On average, teams earn gross pay of $4,000-$4,800 per week (split to approximately $2,000-$2,400 per driver weekly, depending on miles run and experience). This reflects reliable high-mileage freight (typically 4,100-4,900+ miles/week) with steady lanes from the Venice terminal.
Extra stop pay.

Job Requirements:

Class A CDL (both drivers).
Current DOT Physical (both drivers).
No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
No major violation in the past 36 months, this includes reckless driving or careless endangerment.
No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
Overall safe driving record.
Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
No positive drug/alcohol tests.
Minimum of 2 years of experience (both drivers).
Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
Must speak English.

Knowledgeable of Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules.

Drivers with the following are automatically not eligible:

Vehicular Homicide.
Alcohol or drug-related offense in a commercial vehicle.
Hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident).
Theft of a motor vehicle.
Drivers without a valid CDL.
Driving while license is revoked.
Drivers with 3 or more chargeable accidents in the past 3 years.
