CDL Class A Truck Driver

The Greensboro Environmental Division is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to operate Vacuum Trucks and Tankers, supporting demolition and environmental construction projects throughout the region. Some travel out of state may be required. Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and tankers on demolition and environmental construction sites
• Ensure safe and efficient loading, unloading, and securing of materials
• Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, and team members
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum of 2 years of operating a vacuum truck/tanker
• Experience operating in an environmental construction or demolition environment is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety and a professional work ethic
• Ability to pass background check and DOT-compliant drug screening
• TWIC card is a plus, but not required
