Full Description
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and multiple bonus opportunities. Drivers will operate late-model equipment, enjoy 100% no-touch freight, and receive industry-leading safety incentives.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations
- Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and team members
Compensation & Bonuses - average $85,000-$95,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus Options:
- Option 1: $1,475 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $1,300 + Paid Time Off + Orientation Pay
- Option 2: $1,125 + Orientation Pay
- Additional $600 bonus after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
Additional Pay Opportunities:
- CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days: $875 (Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hours PTO
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
- Anniversary Bonus: $100 per year of continuous service
- Band Pay (Extra pay on short hauls):
- 0-100 miles: $35/load
- 101-400 miles: $25/load (Loaded miles only, non-relayed loads)
- Detention Pay after 1 hour
- Safety-Based Raises at designated mileage intervals
- Premium Mileage Pay for placarded Hazmat hauls (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
- Referral Bonuses and other accessorial pay (stop-off pay, etc.)

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months of recent verified tractor-trailer experience
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen & Human Performance Evaluation (HPE for company truck drivers only)
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusals or failures
