CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Baton Rouge, LA
Earn $1,200-$1,545 Weekly • Paid Mentor Program for New Drivers • Home Weekly or Every 9-12 Days
We're hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers from within 100 miles of Baton Rouge for regional, no-touch freight throughout the South Central states. Whether you're a recent graduate ready to start your career or an experienced driver looking for steady miles, consistent pay, and a company that treats you right this is it.

Your Route, Your Rhythm
This is a dedicated regional position hauling dry van freight across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, and Tennessee. Freight is 100% no-touch, with about 65% drop & hook. You'll average 2,000-2,600 miles weekly, earning between $1,200 and $1,545 per week, paid weekly through direct deposit.
New graduates will complete a 3-4 week paid mentor program before transitioning into solo operations with their own tractor and assigned lane. Experienced drivers start solo immediately and can qualify for home weekly resets.
New drivers are typically home every 9-12 days, depending on freight flow and experience level.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and current medical card
- Must live within 100 miles of Baton Rouge, LA
- No experience required - graduates of accredited CDL schools welcome
- Clean MVR/DAC - no major violations or recent accidents
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
