CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Regional Routes - Home Weekly- Maryland Pick Ups
A Dependable Transport is hiring professional CDL-A truck drivers to join our Dedicated Fleet Division. We maintain the highest standards in performance, safety, and fuel efficiency while delivering reliable service to our customers. If you are looking for dependable miles, strong pay, and the stability of weekly home time, this position is for you.
Position Overview
This is a dedicated regional position serving Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and occasionally Ohio (10%). Drivers handle dry van freight with consistent schedules and weekly resets. Most routes include three to five stops per week, with freight delivered directly to store locations.
Pay Range
Drivers earn between $1,400 and $2,500 per week depending on miles, stops, and performance. Pay includes CPM up to $0.80 per mile, load pay up to $300 per trailer, and stop pay up to $30 per stop. On average, drivers run three to five stops weekly. Top performers also qualify for weekly performance bonuses, providing even more earning potential.

Schedule & Freight
- Home time: Weekly, 34-48 hour reset
- Routes: Regional lanes across VA, PA, MD, DE, NJ, and occasional OH
- Shift length: 10-12 hours per day, with various start times available
- Freight: Dry van
- Touch freight: Yes (95% rolling containers with lift gates)
- Drop & hook: 5%

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (local accepted)
- Clean MVR/DAC with no major violations in the last 12 months
- No endorsements required
