CDL-A Drivers - Eastern Regional | NEW DRIVERS WELCOME | Home for Weekend Resets
Graham, NC & Drivers Within 60 Miles
If you're a recent CDL-A graduate looking for your first real shot, or a driver with a few solid months under your belt ready to level up - this lane is built for you. We're expanding our Eastern Regional fleet and bringing on motivated drivers who want stability, mentorship, and real earning power without being pushed into chaotic coast-to-coast OTR.
This is the opportunity new drivers wait for - steady miles, strong support, and weekly home time once you graduate training (for drivers with 6+ months). Limited spots available for new grads, and once these mentoring slots fill, that door closes. If you're ready to run, now is the time.
What You'll Earn
During Training (3-4 Weeks):
$600-$800 per week- NEW DRIVERS IN TRAINING
Hands-on development with seasoned mentors
Learn routing, safety, time management, customer expectations, and real-world workflow
After Training - Solo Driver Pay:
$0.45-$0.52 CPM (based on verified driving record)
Average weekly solo earnings: $1,200-$1,475
Top earners consistently exceed that range through mileage and smart dispatch
Weekly direct deposit, consistent miles, and a predictable lane that builds confidence
Experienced CDL-A drivers with 6+ months:
$0.56-$0.72 CPM
Home weekly for 34-48 hour resets
Priority on dedicated routes and available sign-on incentives

The Lane
This is a clean Eastern Regional route designed to keep your miles consistent without dragging you into the Northeast nightmare.
Runs cover FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, AL, MS, TX east of I-35
No forced freight into NY or NJ - none
Daily miles: 300-500
1-3 loads per day depending on the route rotation
Pickups typically originate in Florida, and you'll deliver throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. You'll stay moving, stay safe, and stay within a predictable network.

Home Time
Most drivers run 10-12 days
Reset at home for 2 full days on weekends
Experienced drivers may qualify for home-weekly openings (limited availability and location-dependent)
What You Need
Valid CDL-A
Recent graduates must have 120 hours from an accredited school + certificate
Clean MVR (no serious violations)
Able to work safely, maintain alertness, and follow DOT regulations
Live within 60 miles of Graham, NC
