CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Plant City, FL (100-Mile Radius)
$1,300-$1,500 Weekly Average • Paid Training • No-Touch Freight
Drivers living within 100 miles of Plant City, FL are invited to join our Southeast regional fleet. We offer consistent routes, reliable home time, and a clear path for both new and experienced drivers to grow.
Recent graduates begin with a 3-4 week paid mentor program, learning regional operations, safety procedures, and best driving practices from professional trainers. Once training is complete, you'll transition into a solo role running steady freight across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
Position Details
Drivers average 2,000-2,500 miles per week, earning $1,300-$1,500 weekly through a mix of CPM and stop pay. Freight is 100 % no-touch, with about 65 % drop & hook.
Schedules typically run 10-12 days out with 2 days home.
Drivers with 6 months or more experience may qualify for weekly home resets and dedicated lanes.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and current medical card
- No experience required - recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
- Clean MVR/DAC with no major violations
- DOT drug screen and safety compliance
