Now Hiring Drivers Within 100 Miles of Sacramento, CA
Looking to launch your driving career with purpose? We're hiring Class A CDL drivers across Northern California to run Western Regional freight, consistent miles, steady pay, and real experience across multiple states.
Whether you're a recent graduate or a driver still early in your career, we'll help you gain the skills and confidence to run independently.
Our 3-4 week paid mentor program pairs you with seasoned professionals who will guide you through safe operation, trip planning, and regional delivery procedures.
When you transition to solo driving, you'll haul 53-ft dry van freight, running routes throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Freight is 100 % no-touch, and pay averages $1,300-$1,500 weekly after training.

Drivers cover the Western Region, typically west of the Mississippi, with efficient routes and dependable freight volume. Expect 10-12 days on the road with 2 days home, running consistent miles every week.

Position Overview
- Home Time: Bi-weekly resets
- Miles: 2,000-2,600 per week
- Pay: CPM plus stop and detention pay
- Training Pay: Guaranteed flat rate while with mentor
- Freight: Dry van goods, no-touch freight

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
