Thank you for your interest in the Route Delivery Driver position.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Route Delivery Drivers safely operate tractor-trailers and make on-time deliveries to restaurants and grocery stores. You will be part of a dedicated Logistics Team, ensuring that orders are delivered safely, on schedule, and in excellent condition. Successful drivers are polite, patient, committed to providing excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS | COMPENSATION:
Must be willing to be away from home two nights per week (home every weekend)
Must NOT be enrolled in the SAP program
Must be willing to touch freight
Pay & Compensation:
Weekly Earnings: Average $1,000 - $1,800 per week
Paid by the.50 mile, plus stop pay,
backhaul pay, downtime pay, and per diem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate tractor-trailer while following DOT regulations.
- Maintain required CDL, driving records, logs, and inspections.
- Deliver and unload food products, including handling cases up to 50 lbs.
- Verify deliveries and customer invoices.
- Communicate with Operations, Sales, and Accounting regarding delivery issues.
- Comply with all State, Federal, and DOT regulations
Unload and deliver orders to customers in a safe and timely manner - Place orders in the customer's preferred storage location
Review and verify orders for accuracy - Collect payment for delivered goods (cash, checks, signatures, etc.)
