We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. What You'll Do:
- Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight using modern, Amazon-branded day cabs equipped with the latest technology.
- Operate as a Flex Driver, handling both local and regional routes as needed.
- Work in a dynamic dispatch environment, with trips assigned in real time through the Relay Load Board (RLB) based on trailer availability.
- Expect to work 8-13 hours per shift, depending on how many trips (trailers) are available each day.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch to report any delays or issues-this helps us avoid performance impacts and keep operations smooth.
- Be a key part of Amazon's mission to deliver on time and exceed customer expectations through flexibility and dependability.

What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Must pass a DOT Physical
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to comply with safety and legal requirements
- No current CDL suspension or revocation
- Clean MVR and a strong DAC report
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS technology
