**Job Opportunity: CDL-A Drivers Needed**
DriverSource is seeking CDL-A Drivers for local routes with home daily work. Routes will begin in Wixom, MI, focusing on shuttle runs.
**Position Details:**
- **Full-Time Work Available**
- **Pay:** $28 per hour; overtime paid for hours over 40
- **Start Time:** 5:00 AM
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays
- **Shift Length:** 10 to 12 hours
- **Cargo:** Recycled beverage containers
- Drivers may be required to operate an electric pallet jack.

Job Requirements
**Driver Requirements:**
- Must hold a valid CDL Class A license with a minimum of 3 years of recent, verifiable driving experience.
- Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to back up into tight spaces is required.
- Must be capable of operating both manual and automatic transmissions.
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 36 months (including citations or convictions).
- No history of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of driving privileges due to moving violations or vehicular accidents in the past 5 years.
- No felony convictions (or pending charges) within the last 10 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must meet all FMCSA requirements.
- Self-motivation is essential.
- Ability to take direction is necessary.
- Must adhere to all DOT regulations, including those related to hours of service, pre- and post-trip inspections, E-Logs, and trip records.
