Job Description
**DriverSource is Hiring Drivers for Local Daily Routes in the Detroit, MI Area!**
**Job Description:**
- Full-time positions available!
- Home daily
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekends
- Start time: Between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Pay: $26 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours
- Delivery of produce
- Minimal touch required; may need to use an electric pallet jack
- Experience with load shifting is beneficial
- No forced dispatch
- Local routes
As our drivers are the face of our company, they must conduct themselves as professionals at all times.

Job Requirements
**Driver Requirements:**
- Must have a valid CDL Class A and a minimum of 1 year of recent, verifiable driving experience.
- Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 36 months (citations or convictions).
- No history of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of driving privileges due to moving violations or vehicular accidents within the last 5 years.
- No felony convictions (or pending charges) in the last 10 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must meet all FMCSA requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction.
- Must follow all DOT regulations, including hours of service, pre-and post-trip inspections, E-Logs, and trip records.
