**Join Our Team: CDL-A Drivers Needed for Roll-Offs in Taylor, MI!**
- **Shift:** Morning shift starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday
- **Job Type:** Recycling transport
**We Require:**
- Proven Roll-Off experience
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission
- Capability to transport Roll-Off containers
- Commitment to local routes with daily home time
**Compensation:**
- Enjoy an hourly rate of $28, with overtime pay kicking in after 40 hours
- Average workday lasts from 9 to 11 hours
- Potential to earn over $60,000 annually

Job Requirements
**Driver Requirements:**
- You **must** possess a valid CDL Class A and have at least 1 year of recent, verifiable driving experience.
- A valid DOT Medical Card is **required.**
- You **must** be skilled in backing up into tight spaces.
- Proficiency in operating a manual transmission is **mandatory.**
- Roll-Off experience is **essential.**
- You are allowed no more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 36 months (including citations or convictions).
- A clean driving record is **non-negotiable**; no history of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of driving privileges due to moving violations or vehicular accidents in the last 5 years.
- You **must not** have any felony convictions (or pending charges) in the past 10 years.
- You **must be at least 21 years of age.**
- Meeting all FMCSA requirements is **required.**
- You should be self-motivated and fully capable of following direction.
- Adherence to all DOT regulations-covering hours of service, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, E-Logs, and trip records-is **expected.**
